SHIPPING:

Shipping to US Troops Overseas: We are proud to ship to our troops at any APO or FOB address. We encourage you to register your platoon or yourself during the checkout procedure.

Combined Shipping: All shipping is discounted when you checkout on a weight based method. You pay the actual total weight of your order.

we use United States Postal Service/Fed Ex and UPS for Intentional Shipping Only.
Make sure of the laws in your country or state before ordering. Some of the items we offer may be prohibited in your area.
Insurance is always optional but Highly Recommended for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. It provides for better tracking. Your item WILL NOT be replaced or refunded if it lost in the mail and you do not have insurance. We have had empty envelopes delivered, the contents stolen in high risk countries.
You are responsible for all customs and taxes.
There are some items not available for export (e.g., handcuffs, CLP Weapons Cleaner) due to export restrictions. In the description it will state *Not available for export. If you are US military you must use an APO address to receive these items.

Orders are shipped out within 5 days and usually quicker. All shipping is by United States Postal Service or UPS. Priority or Express mail shipping will get your order through the mail faster but it does not expedite order processing. Shipping by US Postal Service First Class mail can save you money but it is not trackable and it can occasionally take a very long time; 10-15 days in some countries. Beware that if you choose this shipping method it may take a long time. If you require expedited order processing please contact us by phone and we can often get it out to you the next day. There is no extra charge for this service. This is usually not necessary since we process orders very quickly, but if you need additional assurance please contact us.

We take Pay Pal, VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
We recommend that you purchase your items using Pay Pal for their insurance benefits. We are a Verified Premier Pay Pal Merchant and this allows us to extend additional protection to your order in case your item is stolen or damaged in shipping. This service is not available for credit card orders.

No Returns on Swim Wear, Under Garments, Shoe and Boots. Certain laws depending on state and country also prohibit this.
Size & Color related returns: 15% Restocking Fee.
You must receive a Return Authorization from Customer Service.
All Returns will be handled promptly with full refund, store credit, or exchange depending on your preference less shipping charges
